All the properties adhere to local and national building regulations and the Architect oversees all of the building process and certifies each stage when it is completed. Thus the client pays for each stage of the construction as a percentage of the overall cost of the house, this is very strictly governed by the law giving the client protection, from initial reservation to the handover of keys.
